Chopped Chicken Livers
1/2 pd fresh chicken livers
2 tbs chicken fat or non dairy margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs
salt & pepper
Cut the livers open broil lightly and quickly. Heat chicken fat in skillet
and sauté livers with onion till onions are golden, about 5 min. Place in
plastic blade food prosser
add eggs and blend till desired taste.
