VEGETABLE
HERB DIP:
24 oz container of cottage cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
1 chopped jalapeno
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons each finely chopped fresh parsley & cilantro
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and
blend on a low speed until pureed. Spoon this into a bowl and stir in the
broccoli, jalapeno, chopped carrot, green onion, fresh parsley, cilantro Italian salad dressing
mix,
and refrigerate. Serve with assorted cut -up vegetables
