Tex Mex Appetizers

 

Carne Con Queso

 

1 lb ground beef
1 lb hot sausage
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 lbs Velveeta cheese
1 medium onion chopped
3 tbs picante or salsa
Tex Mex Sauces
3 jalapenos chopped
garlic salt

  Brown meats and onions. Add garlic salt, jalapenos and soup. Add cheese in small chunks
warm over low heat until cheese is melted. Can be frozen 

One martini is alright, two is too many, three is not enough.
