Cullen's
Bean
Dip
4 cups refried canned beans or James's Refried Beans M23
1 cup butter
1/2 lb grated Provolone cheese, grated
4 to 6 canned jalapeno peppers chopped
3 tbs jalapeno juice
2 tbs minced onions
1 tbs chopped garlic
To taste; picante or other sauce Tex Mex Sauces
Place all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until cheese melts and
mixture is smooth.
Serve with tortilla chips. Freezes well
If you don't do it excellently, don't do it at all. Because if
it's not excellent, it won't be profitable or fun, and if you're not in business
for fun or profit, what the hell are you doing there?
