Tex Mex Appetizers

 

James's Tex Mex Dip

 

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 green chili pepper

Brown beef with onion, garlic and salt. Drain add remaining ingredients. Heat in crock pot. Serve with dip chips or crackers.
