James's Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream

 

18 x marshmallows
3 tbl cream
1 lrg or 2 small avocados, mashed
    juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 pt whipped cream
    pistachio nuts

 Method :
Dissolve marshmallows and cream in double boiler. Cool. Add mashed avocado, juice of half a lemon. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream and place in freezer. Serve with pistachio nuts-and do not tell anyone what it is until after they have eaten it.
