Shanna's Feta Cheese Avocado Spread
4 oz feta cheese -- crumbled
1 tbl olive oil
4 x ripe avocados peeled, seeded,
and cut into chunks
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 x juice of 1 lemon
1 x salt -- to taste
1 loaf French bread
Method :
In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine feta cheese, olive oil, avocados, pepper
sauce, lemon juice, and salt until well blended and slightly lumpy. Spoon into
serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with sliced bread
rounds.
