Cullen's Avocado Sour Cream Lime Dressing
1 x Ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
3/4 cup Sour cream
1 1/2 tbl Lime juice
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground red pepper
2 tbl Vegetable oil
Method :
Combine first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an
electric mixer until smooth. Add oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until
blended. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
