Granny's Mayonnaise Avocado Dressing
1 x avocado ripe
1 tbl lemon juice
1 x Garlic clove
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Method :
I do this in my food processor. You could also use a blender.
Puree avocado & garlic.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
