Lynn's Tuna Salad Avocado Pita
2 Cups of your favorite tuna salad
6 pieces of pita bread (sliced in half)
3 avocados mashed
mayo to taste
1 to 2 carton(s) alfalfa sprouts
3 large tomatos (sliced)
½ Pound sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Cups grated jack cheese
a few shakes of Spike spice
Instructions
Spread pita bread with mayo, then avocado, and then tuna salad.
Top that with sprouts, a tomato slice or two, a handful of mushrooms, cover with
cheese and sprinkle with Spike.
Bake 375 until cheese is melted (5-10 minutes).
