Lynn's Avocado Fish Kai
3 x Ripe avocados
3 tbl Fresh lemon juice
2 tbl Minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Minced onion
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 x Cleaned whole baked fish (5 Lb)
Parsley springs (for Garnish)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Method :
Cut avocados into halves; remove seeds & skin; mash. Mix lemon juice,
parsley & seasonings. Spread over warm fish.
