Pharonise Traditional Tex Mex Guacamole Salad
3 lrg Ripe avocados seeded and peeled
1 tbl (large) lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbl Minced onion
1 lrg Tomato diced
2 sm Fresh green chili pepper minced

Method :
1.Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop out pulp with a spoon. 2. In a
large mortar (molcajete), mash avocados, onion, tomato, and chili. (Note - you
can mash ingredients on a large plate.) 3. Add lemon juice and salt, mix
thoroughly. To keep from turning brown place seed in guacamole salad
