Cullen's California Guacamole Salad

 

3 x Ripe avocados
1 cup Casera sauce
4 lrg Lettuce leaves
    Fried tortilla chips

 Method :
1. Peel the avocados & remove the seeds. Mash the flesh in a non-metallic bowl & gradually work in the Casera Sauce.
2. Mound the guacamole on lettuce leaves on four serving plates & serve w/ tortilla chips. Make this w/ spicy Casera Sauce. Be sure to use very ripe  avocados.
 

Casera Sauce

1 1/2 c Tomatoes; Finely Chopped
1/2 c Onion; Chopped
1 ea Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
1 ea Jalapeno Chile; Canned,
1/2 ts Jalepeno Chile Liquid
1 tb Cilantro; Fresh,Snipped Fine
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/2 ts Oregano Leaves; Dried
1 1/2 ts Vegetable Oil

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 7 days.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
