Kat's Citrus Avocado Salad
3 tbl cider vinegar
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 tbl sugar
1/4 tsp salt
8 cup torn salad greens
2 x oranges peeled, sectioned
1 lrg grapefruit peeled, sectioned
1 x pear peeled, and
thinly sliced
2 x ripe avocados peeled, sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes
2 tbl chopped walnuts (optional), toasted
Method :
Whisk together first 4 ingredients.
Place greens in a large bowl. Add orange sections and next 4 ingredients.
Drizzle with dressing, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts, if
desired. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
