Kat's Avocado Artichoke Lemon Mustard Sauce Salad

 

2 lrg Avocados -- halve
2 lrg Can baby artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Oil
1 tbl Vinegar
1 tbl Fresh lemon juice
2 tbl Vermouth
2 tbl Dijon mustard
    Salt and white pepper
2 tbl Parsley -- chopped

 Method :
Fill cavities with baby artichoke hearts. Combine the remaining ingredients, leaving the parsley for decoration. Pour the sauce over the arichoke hearts. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
