James's Avocado Salad
2 lrg ripe avocados coarsely chopped
4 lrg radishes chopped
2 x celery ribs chopped
2 x green onions chopped
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
2 tbl olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper - (to 1/2)
Method :
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour.
This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
