Shanna's Palm Avocado Salad

 

2 can hearts of palm, or 4 to 6 oz
    fresh hearts of palm cut into 1/2" rounds
6 x avocados peeled, and
    cut into 1/2" slices
    Juice of 2 limes
2 tbl extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp paprika
    Coarse salt
    Freshly-ground black pepper

 Method :
Place the palm and avocado in a large bowl. Drizzle over lime juice and olive oil. Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Serves 10.
