Shanna's Avocado Salad
2 x Avocado, cut in half
1 x Red onion, cut in slices
1 x tomato, cut in slices
salt, to taste
1 x Lime, cut in half
Method :
Cut avocado in halves.
In a big bowl. Place sliced tomatoes, red onions, and lettuce.
Sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper. Toss.
Add avocado on top. Toss gently.
Serve.
