Lynn's Papaya Cilantro Avocado Salsa

 

2 x ripe medium avocados
    peeled, pitted and diced
1 x ripe papaya
    peeled, halved, seeded, and diced
1 lrg ripe tomato, diced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 x cloves garlic, minced
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
1 lrg lime, Juice of
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

 Method :
MAKES 3 CUPS
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mash with a large spoon until well-blended. Transfer salsa to serving bowl and serve as a dip with tortilla chips or as a condiment with Chayote-Potato Cakes.
