Shanna's Avocado Tomatillos Cilantro Salsa
12 lrg avocados halved, pitted
24 x tomatillos husks removed,
washed, cut into quarters see * Note
1 1/2 qt cilantro leaves only - (loosely packed)
1 1/2 cup chopped onion chopped
1/4 cup Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
salt
Method :
* Note: Mexican green tomatoes - if not available, substitute cherry tomatoes,
quartered.
Scoop avocados into the container of a blender or food processor. Add
tomatillos, cilantro, onion, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce and salt. Process
until smooth.
If not using immediately, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of salsa and
refrigerate
