Kat's Shrimp Stuffed Avocados

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
2 tbl vinegar
2 tsp capers
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dill seeds
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 dsh red cayenne pepper
1 lb fresh medium shrimp, cook, peel, & devein
4 x ripe avocados

 Method :
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Cover; marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Drain shrimp; reserving marinade.
Heat marinade to a boil; let cool. Cut avocados in half lengthwise; remove seed, and peel. Brush avocados with reserved marinade: rill with shrimp mixture.
Makes 6-8 servings.
