Beef Head
1 or 1/2 calf's head
French dressing
Boil the calf's head in salted water. Put a towel in the water on top of the
calf's head. This will keep the calf's head white. Let cook slowly until the
calf's head is cooked. This requires about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from water.
Remove flesh from bones and cut in large pieces. Serve with French dressing
and Serve With
