Kat's Goulash
1 1/2 pounds round steak cubed
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley
1 large onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups mushroom
1 cup white flour
1 tbs oil
3 cups water or beef Bouillon
Cut onion fine, put in hot oil, fry golden brown. Then add meat, salt,
pepper, paprika, parsley and fry it until brown. Add water or beef Bouillon.
Simmer until meat is tender. Add mushroom and make white flour sauce for gravy.
Taste for flavor.
Note; Don't open the door, if you're
not going in.
