Cullen's
Hamburger Steak with Wine Sauce

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix together meat, milk, salt, pepper. Shape into 4
steak-size patties and flour each side. Brown in butter in skillet.

Sauce for each 2 patties or steaks:

1/4 c. burgundy
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onions, dried
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
Cook above ingredients in a saucepan on low to
medium heat. Serve with hamburger (or steaks) and vermicelli.
I always prefer to believe the best of everybody - it saves so
much trouble.
