                           Kat's Texas Brisket

 

1 8-10 pd brisket
Kat's Basic Basting Sauce SC17

  Heat Charcoals until white add wood chips . Clean and dry brisket. Apply chili rub. 
Place brisket on grill for 4-6 hours.   Baste every hour with Kat's Basic Basting Sauce SC17
