          Blue Cheese Burgers

1 1/2 pd ground beef
3 thinly sliced green onion, 1/3 cup
1/4 cup chopped pepper
salt and pepper
6 buns toasted
Blue Cheese sauce  Blue Cheese Sauce SC22 

Mix all in a bowl and shape into six 3/4 " patties and place over coals for 14- 18 min
top patties with sauce.
