1/2 cup flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
3/4 tsp oregano
4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
5 tbs butter divided
6 tbs flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
21/2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup dry wine
4 med tomatoes cut into eights
8 fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
Place first 5 dry ingredients in bag and shake to mix. Shake chicken breasts
in bag to coat.
In 9x13 baking dish melt 1 tbs butter. Put breasts in dish skin side down and
bake 30 mins
@ 350. In saucepan melt 4 tbs butter, stir in flour to bubbly. Dissolve bouillon
cubes in
boiling water and add wine. Stir bouillon mixture into flour mixture, cook until
thick
and smooth. Turn breasts skin side up, top with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
pour sauce over all and bake @ 350F for 40 mins.
