Cullen's Imperial Whole Cut Up Pullet

 

2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 cup grated parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
1 3 lb chicken, cut in serving size
1/2 cup melted butter

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread on waxed paper. Dip each piece in the melted butter,
then into the crumb mixture. Pieces should be well coated. Arrange pieces so they don't
overlap in a shallow roasting pan. Dot with 2 tsp more butter. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

Note; for quicker version season with Italian style Progresso bread crumbs.

The good die young, because they see it's no use living if you have got to be good.
