B-B-Q, Marinade & Basting Sauce

James's Bourbon Bar-B-Q Marinade

1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbls. packed brown sugar
2 Tbls. prepared mustard
2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic - crushed

Combine all ingredients in a plastic zipper bag; knead to mix; marinate for 4-6 hours.
