Granny's Marinade Sauce

1 cup vinegar
1 cup cooking wine
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbs garlic
1 medium minced onion
2 tbs mustard

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Use at least 3 hours on meat before cooking
