James's Corn Beef Macaroni Cheese Casserole
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
12 oz cubed cooked corned beef
1 can condensed chicken soup
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c milk
2 small sautéed onions
Mix all ingredients and cover. Let stand overnight in refrigerator or for at
least 12 hours.
Cover with buttered crumbs and pour into a large casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at
350 degrees.
