Granny's Sliced Corn Beef Sauerkraut Cheese Casserole

 

1-1/2 lb thinly sliced corned beef
12 oz can sauerkraut (drained)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 cups grated swiss cheese
3/4 cup Swedish rye crumbs
 
Mix sauerkraut, sour cream, onion & garlic
Place mixture in bottom of 13x9x2" buttered pan
Top with corned beef
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over beef; top with crumbs
Bake at 350° until hot and cheese melts (20-30 minutes)
