Cullen's Stew Meat Wine Mushroom Casserole

 

3 lbs. cubed stew meat
1 can golden mushroom soup
3/4 cup dry red wine
salt & pepper to taste


Put all ingredients in 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for about 3 hours, or until tender. Stir occasionally.

Serve over noodles or rice.


Serves 6 to 8
