James's Round Steak Rice Tomatoes Casserole
1 lb round steak, cut in 4 pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 C raw rice
2 med. onions, sliced
1 (28 oz) can stewed tomatoes
Cut steak in 4 pieces and salt and pepper it.
Place the raw meat in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place raw rice on top of
meat. Next, layer with the sliced onions. Pour the stewed tomatoes over the top
and put in a 250 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
