James's Beef Tips Rice Wine

 

2 lb Boneless stew or chuck
2 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Mushrooms, drained
1 can 7-Up
1 cup Rice
1 pkt Onion soup mix
1/4 cup Cooking wine

 Method :
Spread meat into small roaster pan. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Then add mushroom soup, 7-up mixed with wine and mushrooms (in that order). Place in oven, covered, for 2 hours at 375*. Serve over rice
