Lynn's Sauerkraut Lima

 

Drain sauerkraut and rinse well with cold water. Mix with celery seeds, hot sauce brown sugar and tomato juice; season with salt and pepper. Brown sausage in a large skillet breaking up with a fork; drain off excess fat. Add chopped peppers and Lima beans to skillet with sausage. In a lightly greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, put a layer of sauerkraut mixture. Top with a layer of Lima beans and sausage. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
