2 c. fresh lima beans (about 1 lb.)
4 c. fresh corn cut from cob (about 6 ears)
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. whipping cream
Salt & pepper
Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or till almost tender;
drain. Add corn, butter, shipping cream, salt & pepper; mix well. Cook over
low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
Makes 6 servings
