Shanna's Lima Sausage Beans
4 Cups Shelled fresh lima beans
2 Cups Texas Cajun Crawfish Sausage, sliced
3/4 Cup Onion, finely chopped
2 Tbl Bacon drippings
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Put beans in 3 quart pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook
until tender. While beans are cooking, put bacon drippings, onion and
sausage in skillet and cook until light brown. When beans are tender, add
sausage, onion, salt and pepper to boiling beans. Cook on medium heat for
10 minutes
