Nancy's Ranch Style Black Eyed Peas

4 peeled tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbs water
Salt & pepper
Picante sauce  Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
Cooked black-eyed peas

Place all in pan, make as hot as you like by adjusting picante sauce and cook over med
heat until onion is tender and sauce has cooked down considerably. Mix with black-eyed peas.
