                 Veal Chops with Sage

 

 

4 veal chops 3/4 in thick
sea salt
pepper
1 tbs olive oil
12 sage leaves

Season chops on one side with salt and pepper. In a skillet place jobs season down and sear over
 high heat 2 mins add butter and oil, turn chops and season un seasoned side and add sage leaves
and cook 2-3 mins turn and cook 2-3 more min.
