                  Calf Fries

Calf Fries
cornmeal 
salt & pepper
oil

 Dip frozen fries in hot boiling water, and leave 3-4 min; drain. Peel off outer 
outer membrane, cut into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Dredge in cornmeal let stand 15 min. Heat 1/4 inch oil in skillet, fry the fries a few at a time
until crispy and brown on all sides
