Granny's Apple Bake

 

2 large apples, sugar, cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 cup milk (whole or skim)
6 eggs
6 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
1 dash of salt

Heat oven to 450°, melt butter and pour into 13"x9" glass baking dish. Blend in "blender" or "mixer" eggs, milk, and flour until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Add sliced apples coated with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 18 minutes. NO PEEKING! Serves 4-6. Serve with maple syrup or jelly or just eat plain!
