Shanna's Apple Dumplings
1 large Granny Smith Apple
1 roll of pillsbury cresent rolls (8 rolls)
1 stick of butter
1 cup of apple juice
1 cup of sugar
1 teasp. cinnamon
Grease one 9x11 pyrex dish with spray. Preheat oven 350. Slice apple in 8
even slices removing seeds. Wrap each slice with a cresent roll. Place all rolls
in the pyrex dish.
Melt butter, add apple juice, cinnamon and sugar. Heat this until mixed well
and then pour the mixture evenly over the rolls.
Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes to prevent browning too much, then
remove foil and continue to bake for 15 more minutes. Serve hot.
