4 cups water
1 1/2 cup yellow or white corn meal
2 tsp kosher salt
4 tbs unsalted butter
1/8 tesp black pepper

Combine, water cornmeal and salt in 2 qt pan, cook uncovered 12 min stirring once
. Remove from fire, stir in 3 tbs butter and pepper. Let stand 3 min, Lightly grease
a 7x4x2 pan with remaining butter. Cover and refrigerate until firm. To fry
cut into slices brush with olive oil and fry until crispy. or grill for twenty min.
