            Kat's Avocado Eggs

 

8 eggs 
1/2 cup milk 
Salt & pepper 
1 medium ripe avocado -- peeled and cubed 
2 tbs butter 
6 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled 

Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper; stir in avocado. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir gently until the eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

In Spain , executioners once wore yellow.
