South Sausage Bread

1 pd breakfast sausage
1 onion chopped
1 jalapeno chopped
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp hot red pepper
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2 tbs parsley flakes

Brown sausage, onion and pepper in skillet. Drain the sausage mix. In bowel combine cheese
egg and pepper sauce. In another dish combine the remaining ingredients
(biscuit mix. milk , mayo, salt and parsley) combine all three and pour into oiled 9in Sq baking pan
Bake 25 min @400 Try one of these  Butters
