 Granny's Broccoli Cheese Ham Rollups

 

1 package (8 ounce) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cans (3 ounces each) deviled ham
1 package (10 ounces) frozen Broccoli Spears -- cooked according to package directions; drained and cooled
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 jar (8 ounce) Cheese Whiz
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Dash white pepper

Separate dough along perforations into 8 triangles.

Divide ham between the dough triangles; spread evenly

Divide broccoli into 8 equal portions, placing 2 pieces along wide end of triangle with floret facing out; roll crescent from wide to narrow end.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 350° F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add flour and whisk to blend; cook 1 minute.

Gradually add milk and continue whisking until sauce thickens.

Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese, mustard and pepper.

Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

Spoon over baked crescents
