Beef Brisket
1 trimmed brisket about 9 pds
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Kat's basic basting sauce
Rub garlic powder, salt & pepper over brisket, prepare grill with medium
heat, move
coals to one side, so brisket is not over coals. With a brush baste brisket on
both sides
and put on grill, basting every 45 min. add more coals when needed. After about
3-4 hours turn and baste every 45 min. cook till a fork passes through
brisket between 6-8 hours. Let stand 10 min before slicing.
Serbia and Montenegro together are about the size of the state of Kentucky and
largely mountainous. The northeast section of Serbia is part of the rich,
fertile Danubian Plain drained by the Danube, Tisa, Sava, and Morava River
systems. Montenegro is a jumbled mass of mountains, containing also some grassy
slopes and fertile river valleys.
