Chicken Breasts Top Of Stove

 

Kat's Tarragon Sautéed Chicken Breasts

 

1/2 lb fresh mushrooms                                            
2 tsp Beau Monde
1/4 cup butter, divided                                             
1/2 tsp tarragon
3 large whole chicken breasts                                 
1 cup sour cream
boned and salted                                                      
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Slice mushrooms and sauté in 2 tbs butter until golden. Remove and reserve mushrooms.
Add remaining butter to pan and brown chicken well. Sprinkle with Beau Monde during browning.
Add mush rooms sprinkle with tarragon. Pour wine over chicken. Cover and simmer for 45 min. 
Stir in sour crème. Sprinkle with onions and serve
