Parahonise Mexican Hot Chocolate
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbps sugar
2 cups milk
pinch salt
Combine all and cook over hot water until the chocolate melts. Beat
until foamy and pour into cups.
